Job Description
Develops and executes Solar Module commercial operations strategy that supports achievement for planned business sales growth, profitability, and customer service.
Deliverables:
- Prioritize and drive systems/process improvements needed t ensure efficient and effective order delivery, customer support and customer relationship management
- Develop and execute customer service strategy
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts
- Enhance sales through improved customer engagement:
- Establish regular business reviews, such as demand and order reviews, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with Plant Planning and Logistics Manager and collaborate with cross-functional team to:
- Develop module customer services strategy
- Provide data input int the plant systems for order shipment
- Refine system and process as needed t ensure order shipment and fulfillment
- Lead demand management process:
- Facilitate regular demand management team meetings
- Manage commercial prioritization t guide manufacturing. Communicate and ensure alignment with customer supply plan commitments
- Collaborate with plant planning team t develop supply-demand plans.
- Provide oversight for product status
- Manage customer contracts and governance
- Prepare commercial operations responses t customer contracts (ex. supply agreements)
- Manage contract governance t ensure Module business compliance for commercial operations
- Develop and manage demand management process documentation
- Prioritize and drive systems improvements needed to ensure efficient and effective demand operations
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support t address diverse data needs from senior management

Experiences/Education:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- MBA or equivalent demonstrated experience (i.e. extensive experience in business)
- Market understanding of the Solar industry, value chain, trends, regulations and competitive landscape
- Ability to manage and work with multiple perspectives and priorities
- Global business knowledge: understands differences between reginal customer behavior and preferences
- International business work experience and cross-cultural agility: engages country locals in dialogue
- Experience leading multicultural and/or multi-geographic projects
