Job Scope

• Responsible for the management and coordination of the company's external warehouse.
• Responsible for the transfer of raw materials and finished products in the company's external warehouse.

Major responsibilities
1. Responsible for the transfer and reasonable distribution of raw materials in all external warehouses of the company.
2. Responsible for docking and transferring vehicles with logistics, arranging the number of vehicles reasonably, so as not to cause waste or insufficient vehicles.
3. Responsible for the vehicle coordination of the transfer of finished products from the factory to the warehouse outside the factory and the receipt of the warehouse.
4. Responsible for the delivery of finished products in outer warehouse, packaging, goods inspection before loading, loading vehicles, etc.
5. Responsible for the safety and accuracy of all goods in the warehouse, and check the accounts regularly.
6. Responsible for the docking of external warehouse inventory, inventory reports, visits and appointments and other related matters.
7. All other affairs that need to be communicated and coordinated with the warehouse.

Minor Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the 5S of the area where JA raw materials and finished products are stored in the external warehouse meets the requirements.
2. Regular inspection of the goods in the warehouse, and timely feedback if the goods are damaged or abnormal.
3. If the goods in the outer warehouse are inconsistent with the actual account, it is necessary to track and deal with them in time to find out the cause.

Job Requirements:
1. Educational background: College degree or above.
2. Work experience: more than 2 years of practical experience as warehouse manager, strong communication and coordination ability, WMS system or related warehouse management system is preferred.
3. Relevant training experience or major in warehouse material management.
4. Proficient in computer office software, such as EXCEL, PPT, WORD, etc.
