Job Description
The IQA & Lab responsibilities include analyzing and predicting the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, evaluating supplier quality, and providing feedback on any abnormalities. The role involves designing experimental projects, reviewing data, and handling product certifications. Additionally, it includes managing testing equipment calibration and periodic verification, producing training materials, and ensuring safety management in the responsible area. Regular revision of raw material quality standards and inspection methods is also part of the scope.
Major Responsibilities (IQA & Lab):
- Manage incoming inspection data, develop procedures, and analyze data for supplier quality management.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of suppliers, update standards, and handle raw material quality issues.
- Manage abnormal raw material issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee reliability testing, results analysis, and reporting.
- Handle product certifications and ensure compliance with technical agreements.
- Manage system and equipment documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure safety and 5S compliance in the area.
- Provide training and performance evaluations for personnel.
