Quality Engineer
- Incoming inspection data management: Establish raw and auxiliary material incoming inspection procedures, and develop detailed raw and auxiliary material inspection methods, sampling rules, and acceptance levels; Regularly analyze raw material inspection data to provide data support for supplier quality management; Regularly update the raw material inspection methods to ensure that the incoming inspection methods meet the production site requirements
- Supplier Quality Management: According to the requirements of the Supplier Quality Management Measures document, conduct quality evaluations on raw material suppliers on a quarterly basis, develop corresponding management measures, and update the list of qualified suppliers based on the evaluation results; And provide feedback on the arrival status of various raw and auxiliary material suppliers to the procurement department; Regularly organize departments such as process and production to update the quality standards of raw and auxiliary materials according to on-site needs; Develop a process for handling abnormal raw and auxiliary materials to ensure timely handling and improvement of quality issues with raw and auxiliary materials; Develop an annual supplier audit plan for raw and auxiliary materials, and organize procurement, process, and other departments to conduct annual audits of suppliers according to the plan; Lead the establishment of new supplier introduction management methods and organize relevant departments to review new suppliers
- Abnormal management of raw and auxiliary materials: responsible for analyzing the causes of incoming and process abnormalities, requiring suppliers to provide preventive and improvement measures, and tracking the improvement effects. If necessary, the supplier can go to the site to confirm the effectiveness; When abnormalities occur due to raw material issues, it is necessary to assist the operations planning, procurement and other departments in carrying out work to ensure normal production on the production line
- Reliability Testing management: Participate in the review and implementation of various inspection projects, responsible for the implementation and tracking of established testing plans, result analysis, and writing of experimental reports
- Product certification: Responsible for reviewing deviations from orders and contract technical agreements, and coordinating and conducting product certification work
- System management: Responsible for the compilation and revision of company management system documents, evaluating and rectifying various review and audit results, organizing the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and maintaining the normal operation of relevant systems
- Equipment management: Responsible for the procurement, operation management, scrap disposal, measurement, and periodic verification of equipment in the responsible area, ensuring that the equipment meets testing requirements
- Safety management: Implement the responsibility area safety and 5S management system, and carry out 5S management and safety work within the area
- Personnel management: Conduct technical training, inspection arrangements, work supervision, etc., and regularly output assessment results and performance evaluations;
Minor responsibilities
- Ensure horizontal communication with relevant departments according to work procedures
- Cooperate with the company to introduce or develop new equipment and methods, continuously optimize existing inspection projects, and provide technical support for improving the performance and quality of the company's products
- Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors
- Conduct technical training instrument and equipment/raw material suppliers, standard formulation agencies, third-party audits, testing agencies, etc
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing or CRM-related environment.

Experience handling customer complaints, quality audits, and ISO compliance.

Familiarity with return materials authorization (RMA) processes and quality control procedures.

Prior experience supporting CRM platforms or customer-facing quality functions is a strong plus.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools).

Familiarity with document control and ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
