Actively promote the establishment, launch and implementation of new technology and new material related cost reduction projects, and reduce the BOM cost. Participate in the development and execution of technical and business work related to new materials and processes, ensuring timely introduction of new materials and the performance of various materials used to meet the product requirements provided to clients, production and customer requirements. Establish new material technology standards and continuously promote standard optimization and upgrading based on actual situations. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the development and import of new technologies and materials, including project proposal formulation, material safety and environmental requirements, project implementation, and summary reports. 
  • Assist in proposing technological innovation projects and organizing their implementation based on the company's situation and domestic and foreign technological development. 
  • Responsible for conducting research on new technologies and materials, regularly outputting research and analysis reports, and importing and mass-producing advantageous research materials. 
  • Proactively improve and optimize existing materials, prevent and improve production line anomalies, propose reasonable suggestions, and continuously optimize and improve work. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or experience in related field 
  • 4 years of experience FEOL Process 
  • String understanding of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes 
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • *Mandarin (Chinese) preferred

  • Ability to select and work with a variety of materials. 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and testing methods
